I scoured the internet, it couldn't be found. Sample fundraising letters adoption. So, here is a page I hope you find useful. First, the steps to keep in mind when writing a fundraising letter for adoption. Then some sample fundraising letters adoption.

HERE'S SOME BASICS TO GET YOU STARTED
1. Get the reader's attention. Very effective if not overdone. You are requesting funds or donations from friends and family, be personable.

2. State the cause -which is obviously your child. If you have a name/ref feral description that will be your center of attention. This isn't about you not having the funds. It's about a child not having a mommy and daddy! This part is absolutely essential and should be the longest part of your fundraising letter. You should clearly identify a critical need.

3. Solicit a contribution. This is another required section. This part of the fundraising letter should be concise and to the point--about 30 to 50 words. List a number of different ways they can help. If a family member doesn't have spare change - but has a garage FILLED with sell able goods, mention your hoped garage sale, your book sale, the bake sale you would like to do at the church, a raffle or silent auction. Any of those things you are doing or planning or even considering need to be mentioned. Let them know you are diligently working on behalf of your child(ren).

Example: "Imagine the feeling you'll get, knowing you have helped an orphan find a home. We will be sharing pictures of our newly created family..."

4. Additional insert. This is another optional section - if you have a picture SHARE IT! Any evidence to help validate your point and keep the reader's interest longer. Be sure to refer to the insert in your fundraising letter.

5. Thank you. A statement of gratitude is polite and subtly assumes that the contribution will be made. Express gratitude for the reader's generosity and for having taken the time to consider your very important cause.

6. Conclusion. Be courteous and friendly. Wish the reader well and leave a positive feeling in his/her mind regarding your needy cause.

7. Sign the letter with contact information.
